About The Position
The Program Manager I is responsible for the daily operations, staffing, compliance, and resident care at a licensed 6-bed residential mental health facility. This leadership role ensures a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment for residents by supervising staff, managing schedules and budgets, maintaining licensing standards, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams.
