Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Requirements

  • Technical Program Management Expertise: Manage interdependent projects using methodologies like Agile at Scale or Lean Portfolio Management. Ensure synergy across projects and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Customer-Focused Strategy: Build and maintain customer relationships, acting as a key representative to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: A Bachelor’s of Science in a technical or business-related field.
  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce. The ITAR defines a U.S. Person as a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident (i.e., 'Green Card holder'), or a protected person (e.g., asylee, or refugee).

Nice To Haves

  • Industry Experience: Experience in aerospace is a plus.
  • Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead programs and mentor Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure successful project execution.
  • Own program results, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.
  • Create and manage program artifacts such as strategy, benefits, scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and ROI.
  • Lead program governance efforts and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Manage program gates and deliverables, ensuring timely progress and completion.
  • Lead high-complexity, high-risk programs, and directly manage Project Managers and Coordinators.
  • Drive program results that align with long-term organizational strategies and business goals.
  • Develop and refine detailed program artifacts while adapting them to strategic priorities and business needs.
  • Lead governance efforts for high-risk programs, ensuring strong oversight and compliance with policies.
  • Resolve cross-functional challenges and ensure alignment across departments (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, supply chain).
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, presenting updates, resolving issues, and building relationships.
