The Program Manager I, II, and Senior will provide overall program management for Energy Programs (e.g. Customer Solar Interconnection Process and Customer Energy Optimization Programs) offered by Tucson Electric Power (TEP), UniSource Electric (UNSE) and UniSource Gas (UNSG). This includes daily oversight of support staff (e.g. Technical Specialists and Program Coordinators) for program implementation and reporting. The Program Manager will be responsible for management of program goals related to Energy Programs including participation, energy savings, budgets, reporting, and identification of program changes that are necessary. The Program Manager will also provide guidance and work with Corporate Communications for mass media campaigns including internet, social media, television, radio, and print as well as being a speaker at various community special events.
