As Program Manager I, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work closely with leadership in our Education Administration Department. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Directors and Vice Chiefs, conduct training and education sessions involving educational equity, compliance, regional market support and more. This position presents the valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and expand your knowledge and skills to build a strong foundation for career growth, all while advancing the future of healthcare. This is a remote position. A caregiver in this role will work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Some flexibility may be required.

Requirements

  • Applicants must reside in Ohio, Florida or Nevada for this position.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR High School Diploma/GED and six years of experience OR Associate’s Degree and four years of experience OR Master’s Degree and one year of experience
  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
  • You will be required to comply with this program, which will include obtaining an influenza vaccination on an annual basis or obtaining an approved exemption.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.

  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
