  • Define and manage program scope in partnership with Customer Solutions leadership, including creation of detailed Work Breakdown Structures.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules using Gantt charts, analyzing critical paths and intersecting milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Design and execute testing plans by identifying business requirements and validating new tools or technical solutions.
  • Lead change management efforts by analyzing team-level impacts, developing risk response plans, and addressing resistance.
  • Estimate and allocate cross-functional resources, define roles and deliverables, and provide performance feedback to functional managers.
  • Create and implement stakeholder engagement plans based on expectations and requirements analysis.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies for program teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Incorporate end-user feedback throughout the project lifecycle to refine scope and communicate updates and decisions effectively.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority, including experience guiding senior leaders and cross-functional teams toward aligned decisions.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in program or project management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree or MBA
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Training or certification in Change Management
  • Demonstrated experience testing and launching business processes, including examples of validated workflows, successful implementations, and measurable outcomes
