About The Position
Reporting to the Center Director, The Program Manager will sustainably grow the Hudson Valley Program in alignment with Audubon's Strategic Plan's conservation and engagement goals. The Program Manager will lead program planning and implementation, supervise staff and interns, coordinate volunteer engagement, and integrate our community conservation and habitat restoration efforts throughout the area. The Program Manager is an important team member whose input will be valuable for operationalizing Audubon's Strategic Plan and the Centers Transformation Process at the Hudson Valley sites and will shape the future of our work. This role will take a thoughtful approach to community engagement and will seek opportunities for projects that meet Center goals, community needs, and Audubon's mission. They are responsible for all aspects of planning, administering and implementing the Hudson Valley Community Conservation and Outreach Programs.
