About The Position

The Program Manager for High School Student Services at the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is responsible for developing and managing programs that support educational services for students both within and outside the reservation. This role involves overseeing program activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing guidance to staff to meet program goals. The position requires regular travel and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance educational opportunities for students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and five years of experience in program services or related, OR nine years of directly related experience in lieu of education.
• Knowledge of business and financial strategies.
• Ability to communicate effectively (orally and in writing) with peers and management.
• Knowledge of computers and software including Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to staff to ensure program goals and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate the program budget and staffing requirements to ensure goals are met.
• Manage daily program activities and ensure program requirements are fulfilled.
• Oversee administrative responsibilities for efficient program operations.
• Develop partnerships to share resources and collaborate on projects.
• Create awareness of tribal and public services to inform members of job opportunities.
• Create and submit required program reports and ensure grant compliance.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records per program requirements.
• Monitor program activities for adherence to policies and regulations.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
