This Program Manager role sits within the Global Business Marketing team at TikTok, supporting the TikTok Marketing Partners program. In this role, you'll drive scalable growth across our agency, creative, and partner ecosystem by building infrastructure, streamlining execution, and informing strategy. You will work closely with Product, SMB, Data Science, Legal, and Compliance teams to design and operationalize partner programs that advance business and adoption goals. You'll be responsible for managing complex incentive programs, supporting automation efforts, and developing systems that enable global program delivery-such as onboarding, badging, and compliance workflows. You'll also serve as a key liaison between sales, partner managers, product, and marketing teams to provide market insights that influence product development and partner expansion. You will report directly to the TikTok Marketing Partners Global Program Lead based in Singapore and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders around the world. We're looking for a self-starter with strong program management and operations experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate strategy into scalable systems that powers partner success.
