The Program Manager will oversee and execute multiple large, complex programs and projects. This role will initiate, plan, and drive initiatives from concept through actionable execution plans, ensuring alignment to company strategy and delivering business-critical operational and transformation outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • PMP certification (PMI Institute).
  • 10 to 12 years of program and project management experience with a track record of strong program delivery.
  • Proven experience in change management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong influencing skills to drive program execution and outcomes.
  • Experience developing and delivering reports and presentations to senior management, including objectives, benefits, status, issues, decisions, and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a resourceful approach to research and problem solving.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including the ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision and balance conflicting priorities.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, MS Project (or similar project management software), and Visio.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and influence large, complex programs made up of interrelated projects and activities to achieve company goals and strategic vision.
  • Partner with executive sponsors and business leads to define program scope, key performance indicators, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology, product, and strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Manage program plans and integrated roadmaps, including sequencing, dependencies, and interdependencies across projects.
  • Secure resources across business and technology teams through negotiation and alignment.
  • Provide accurate, timely reporting on roadmap progress, status, and accomplishments for senior stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues, remove roadblocks, and serve as the first point of escalation for project managers.
  • Partner with business and change management leads to drive a change adoption strategy and support project managers day to day (priorities, decisions, and resourcing support).
