Team Relations: 10% • Assist with marketing strategies to promote programs, events, and engagement opportunities. • Utilize social media and other platforms to communicate with students and promote involvement. • Participate in departmental discussions to review or revise policies related to student engagement and involvement. • Collaborate with Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and other campus partners to support holistic student engagement. • Provide training and professional development to student leaders and staff related to engagement and leadership programming. • Represent the department at campus events, meetings, and professional development opportunities. Leadership: 20% • Supervise assigned staff, including training, scheduling, task delegation, evaluation, and coaching. • Provide day-to-day leadership to ensure effective program operations and high-quality service delivery. • Support onboarding, mentoring, and professional development for program staff and student workers. • Maintain clear expectations and provide regular feedback to support staff performance. • Assist with identifying needs, recommending improvements, and supporting the growth of engagement programs.
