About The Position

Mozilla Foundation is a non-profit building a better technology future — powered by people, open by design, fueled by imagination. We deliver people-first alternatives to today’s extractive systems. We build side by side with developers, innovators and advocates, united in the belief that a better technology future is not only possible — it’s ours to create. Team The Imagination & Strategic Growth (I&SG) team is an executive function within Mozilla Foundation that treats imagination as a core institutional capability for technology development. Working at the intersection of culture, strategy, and long-term growth, the team shapes how creative intelligence becomes new technology, partnerships, and sustained investment. I&SG stewards the Foundation’s creative R&D program, Creative Futures, and the Fellowships program as flagship expressions of this work. The Mozilla Fellowships program is a high-impact leadership initiative that supports people carrying imaginative, boundary-breaking ideas into institutions, movements, policy spaces, media, and public life. Fellows advance more accountable and people-centered technology futures while embedded within host organizations and networks. The Program Manager, Fellowships serves as the operational backbone of this program — translating strategic vision into structured, well-executed program delivery across the full Fellowship lifecycle.
