The Therapeutic Family and Child Support Services Program Manager will manage a team of mental health clinicians and peer support specialists with the goal of improving overall family functioning of DCF involved families. The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring the case load and case notes and relationship management of the team, including coaching, mentoring and supervision of team members. The Program Manager is responsible for program contract management, budget, and reporting to the funding agency and programmatic oversight of community outreach and record keeping.
