About The Position

Responsible for maintaining the operational and transactional responsibilities of the department. Manages the coordination of day to day activities of a specific business function. Primary emphasis is achieving results by building engagement and empowering their teams. May have exposure for district wide initiatives.

This position will directly support the Department of Facility Management.
This position is responsible to coordinate the development, implementation, management and audit of a comprehensive safety and health program for the Facilities Department (including Operations, Maintenance, and Construction) in accordance with applicable Federal, state and local regulations and Board of Education policies. This includes accident investigation, trending of work related injuries and assistance with record keeping and reporting, identifying training needs, and establishing metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.

Responsibilities
