Requirements

Program / Project Management Experience
Experience communicating with executives and internal / external stakeholders

This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
The selected candidate must obtain an active Secret clearance after start.
Must be on‑site > 50% of the workweek but business needs may dictate more

Responsibilities

Develop and execute contract requirements, strategy, proposals, negotiations, and award execution.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the program.
Manage hardware programs such as Aircraft Armament Equipment, Pilot Flight Equipment, helmets, drag chutes, and other LM build assemblies.
Coordinate with the Joint Program Office and internal stakeholders including capture team, lot program managers, contracts, supply chain, manufacturing, property management, and sustainment organizations.
Provide strategic planning and tactical execution to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets while maintaining >50% on‑site presence.
