About The Position

The Program Manager (ESD Director) will coordinate support functions for the Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience (ODR&R) within the Small Business Administration (SBA). This role is crucial for ensuring that the ODR&R has the necessary resources to fulfill its mission effectively, particularly during disaster recovery efforts. The position involves strategic planning, performance management, and the implementation of innovative procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Government travel credit card.
• Favorable background investigation and credit check are required.
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service.
