As a Program Manager at PTI Technologies, you will play a crucial role within our centralized Program Management Office (PMO). You will provide strategic project leadership across multiple business functions, ensuring that programs adhere to scope, cost, and schedule commitments. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle within a structured product development framework, coordinating cross-functional efforts with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and more. You will lead significant initiatives such as ERP upgrades and NPI launches, driving alignment, risk management, and effective governance. Your analytical skills will be vital in assessing project performance and implementing corrective actions. This dynamic position requires disciplined execution and the ability to navigate challenges, making it essential in delivering high-quality products to our customers while maintaining the integrity and excellence that PTI Technologies stands for.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a product development-related field
7 to 10 years of experience in engineering and program management within a manufacturing environment
PMP certification is essential, along with solid expertise in project management tools and methodologies
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Nice To Haves
