Under general direction, this position will design, implement and manage agencywide enterprise governance programs and services; support the establishment and continuous improvement of an enterprise governance and stewardship framework for the agency; manage the quality, scope, schedule, budget, and interdepartmental coordination related to assigned program and project(s); and supports the promotion of a mission for responsible transparency, alignment and accountability. This position will independently manage core enterprise governance programs, such as agency-level change control and strategic issue management structures, as well as help expedite the process improvements the Enterprise Governance team will deliver. This position will coordinate and work across the agency at all levels and must exercise independent judgment, initiative and decision-making and uphold Agency values. The ability to develop strong relationships, facilitate cross-departmental coordination, manage strategic change across matrixed teams and convey program information in clear terms will be essential.
