Become a Program Manager with Apple's Corporate Systems Engineering team, leading the development of innovative generative AI applications and solutions designed to support all Apple employees. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping strategy, managing execution, and overseeing program management for solutions serving the People organization. You'll collaborate with business leaders and external vendors to define and establish system roadmaps, and drive the design, development, testing, and implementation of high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Ideal candidates will have a software background with hands-on experience in designing and implementing large-scale, mission-critical enterprise applications and web-based systems. Experience in machine learning and/or AI is a strong advantage. Experience with implementing external-facing solutions while ensuring compliance with Privacy and Legal requirements is essential. This role requires excellent judgment, leadership, and strong oral and written communication skills. Success will also depend on your ability to drive decisions through consensus, influence change effectively, and resolve conflicts with confidence.
