About The Position

The Early Talent Program Manager oversees the early talent programs for the Global Supply Chain, including summer internships, engineering co-ops, and the Accelerated Development Program, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through career transition. This role drives continuous improvement by leveraging data and feedback to deliver impactful training and an overall positive program experience. Additionally, the Program Manager partners with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders to streamline recruitment, communications, and program operations while monitoring budgets and supporting participant success. Additional Information The travel for this position is 10%. This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1,etc.)
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Must have two (2) years human resources experience including talent acquisition, university relations, generalist, or learning and organizational development
  • Must have project management skills with demonstrated experience with creating project plans and a track record of success in coordinating and completing projects
  • Must have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, teams and/or Outlook)

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Organizational/Industrial Psychology, or Business
  • Have experience with process improvements including the identification of an improvement and follow through with implementing the improvement.
  • Have experience participating as a team member on cross-functional projects

Responsibilities

  • Early Talent Program Management Manage all aspects of early talent programs for Global Supply Chain (Accelerated Development Program, Internship Program, Co-Op Program)
  • Lead and monitor overall program experiences including onboarding, training, communications, class engagements, experiences and career transition
  • Support managers and HR Business Partners to host program participants and prepare them for the next steps in their career
  • Develop a consistent streamlined communication plan to provide regular program updates to stakeholders
  • Monitor program budgets in partnership with Compensation and appropriate business stakeholders
  • Program Development Leverage feedback, data and observations to drive continuous improvement of programming and processes
  • Partner with Learning & Development to create and implement training plans and experiential learning opportunities aligned with program objectives
  • Apply project management expertise in executing learning initiatives, including project objective, key stakeholders, resource allocation, timeline and major milestones and tasks
  • Cross-Team Partnership Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop the recruitment strategy and ensure recruitment processes are effectively executed
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources to ensure a smooth pre-boarding/onboarding and offboarding process for program participants
  • Facilitate participant transition to post-program roles in partnership with managers, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
  • Engage Employee Relations to address employee and labor relations surrounding early talent program participants
  • Partner with HR and functional leaders to ensure appropriate business stakeholders are involved and division needs are met
