About The Position

The Program Manager, Early in Career (EIC), will own the strategy, design, and execution of enterprise-wide programs for recent graduates and MBA hires. This includes rotational programs (undergraduate: 2 years, MBA: 3 years), intern lifecycle management, and early-career hiring playbooks for local sites. The role is critical for building leadership pipelines and strengthening our employer brand across target schools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7-10 years of experience in talent management, campus recruiting, or leadership development programs.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including planning, organizing, and executing initiatives to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of objectives.
  • Proven ability to design and manage enterprise-level programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in program measurement and continuous improvement.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a global manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with rotational program design and early-career talent strategies.
  • Preferred PMP or related PM certification.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver a high-touch experience for MBA associates, including rotational planning and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate rotational moves ensuring exposure to VP/GM-level experiences.
  • Develop policies for rotational compensation and annual merit cycles.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) to identify target schools, manage recruitment events, and organize interview days with senior leadership.
  • Measure program effectiveness (size, retention, engagement, promotion rate) and recommend improvements.
  • Define program strategy, including target schools and branding initiatives.
  • Create structured functional rotations (Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, etc.).
  • Partner with TA for campus recruitment and strengthen school partnerships.
  • Track and report success metrics; implement enhancements.
  • Develop a hiring playbook for early-career talent at local sites, enabling HR teams to recruit engineering and supply chain talent effectively.
  • Provide guidance and oversight (direct or indirect) to junior team members, including interns, ensuring quality deliverables and fostering their professional development through coaching and feedback.
