REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: This position reports to the ECE Director, Western Region and will have direct supervisory responsibility for staff and/or selected consultants engaged in implementing activities for the Provider Emergency Revolving Fund program. JOB SUMMARY: The Program Manager will lead the implementation of the Alameda County Provider Emergency Revolving Fund, a new initiative administered in partnership with First 5 Alameda County under Measure C. This $10 million annual fund provides emergency grants to licensed Family Child Care (FCC) providers and Centers in Alameda County at risk of closure, significant service disruption, or workforce loss and provides technical assistance to strengthen their long-term business sustainability. The Program Manager will oversee day-to-day program operations including program design, outreach, grant administration, data management and evaluation - ensuring the program is equitable, transparent, and responsive to provider needs.
