About The Position

As the Program Manager of Dukovany I&C Variation Orders and New Scope, you will lead and coordinate proposals for expected large change orders (variations) to the Dukovany contract such as Simulators, Cyber scope, major change notices as DDS2 and DDS 1, Turbine Controls and other new scope. You will also have responsibility for program management of awarded variation orders until new Project Managers are assigned. You will report to the Sr. Director of Dukovany I&C Deliveryand be located at either our Cranberry Township, PA or Warrendale, PA facility.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field
  • 10 years of project related experience, 5+ years relevant I&C project experience
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Primary Leader for development of variation orders expected for I&C/HMIS systems. This will include serving as a primary liaison to Emerson Electric Co for our Ovation based systems and other vendors based on scope.
  • Serve as Oversight for awarded scope until new PMs are assigned
  • Serve as mentor of assigned project managers and technical team members
  • Plan and coordinate the execution of the Annual program forecasts and D365 entries
  • Lead development of offers and assist in negotiations to reflect accurate progress, scope planning/forecasting, and change control of this multi-faceted project operations; this includes serving as a principal member of the I&C CCB (Change Control Board)
  • Ensure effective resource loaded, logic tied schedules are developed to support offers
  • Provide experienced leadership to project teams, development teams, and BU leaders on the Dukovany project
