The Donor Engagement Program Manager is part of a team responsible for advancing the ASU Foundation’s relationships with benefactors to provide positive experiences, enhance donor retention, and facilitate future giving. In partnership with the director and internal stakeholders, this role supports the implementation and coordination of donor engagement programs, ASU President’s Club and ASU Women and Philanthropy. The role maintains key operational functions, including data management, tracking activity, and facilitating proper program documentation to ensure accurate reporting and effective project delivery. This position also collaborates closely with engagement and outreach teams, unit development leads and partners across ASU Enterprise Partners to implement communication and engagement initiatives. This individual applies critical thinking to identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the coordination of engagement efforts. This position reports to the Director of Donor Engagement and may include supervisory responsibilities.
