The Center for Victims of Torture works toward a future in which torture ceases to exist and its victims have hope for a new life. We are an international nonprofit dedicated to healing survivors of torture. We offer rehabilitation services to those who have been tortured, train partners around the world who can prevent and treat torture, and advocate for human rights and an end to torture. We are headquartered in Minnesota, and we have US offices in Georgia and DC, as well as offices in Africa and the Middle East. The Center for Victims of Torture is hiring a Donor Engagement Officer to be responsible for cultivating and stewarding a portfolio of approximately 700 donors giving $500 - $4,999 annually. This position plays a pivotal role in deepening donor loyalty, driving revenue growth, and qualifying prospects for major planned giving portfolios. Through strategic outreach and relationship-building, the Officer will strengthen lifetime donor value and serve as a vital link between annual giving and major gifts. Position open to: Candidates located in the U.S. who are authorized to work in U.S. and will not need CVT to sponsor them on a work visa. Remote status: Position is fully remote.
