The Program Manager, Digital reports to the Manager, Employee Engagement and Communications on the Digital Engagement & Insights team, and ultimately the Senior Manager, Digital Engagement & Strategic Communications, and the VP of Sustainability, Culture & Communications. This position is responsible for supporting and optimizing the department's digital communications stack, strategic roadmap, data collection and analysis, and associated vendor relationships. This position will also lead and/or support employee communications campaigns and projects, as assigned. In partnership with the Sustainability, Culture & Communications leadership team and key stakeholders, develop, evaluate, and implement the strategic roadmap for the digital employee communications stack to optimize employee engagement, influence behaviors, manage digital assets, and maximize ROI through feature implementation. Partner with IT and other technical resources to manage projects and ensure the department’s digital platforms are reliable and secure. Manage the complete digital channel lifecycle including needs discovery and ideation; emerging channel research; rollout and adoption promotion; administration, maintenance and optimization; reporting; and platform sunset. Manage vendor relationships throughout. Work with cross-functional internal and external collaborators to support department-specific channel implementations and maintain visibility into inter-departmental channels. In conjunction with IT partners, help optimize performance of department’s web properties. Responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the company’s Intranet and employee communication platforms. Liaise with departments and other communication platform stakeholders to share metrics, promote content and governance best practices, understand business needs and incorporate into platform strategy, and discover opportunities for driving adoption. Use platform analytics to formalize best practices; train department members on processes, best practices, and platform updates. Design and develop data visualizations and dashboards to support business initiatives; Present data stories and recommendations based on outputs of transforming large amounts of data into something simple and digestible. Drive the development of communications that influence behaviors, support change management, and help leverage employees as brand advocates internally and externally. Serve as a strategic communications partner to various department leaders in support of key business goals. Project manages creative development, production, and budgets. Provide senior-level writing, editing, and content development with vivid storytelling for a variety of platforms. Regular attendance is required.
