About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate complex digital health initiatives, driving programs from planning through execution while managing cross-functional teams and external partners. The Program Manager will oversee operational readiness, vendor partnerships, and multi-stakeholder workstreams to ensure successful project delivery. You will act as the central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Customer Support teams, ensuring milestones are met and risks mitigated. The position requires balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution, maintaining transparency, and enabling continuous improvement. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments, with the ability to build strong partner relationships while ensuring operational excellence. The position is fully remote within the United States and requires alignment with EST hours.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in program management, operations, or partnership management, preferably in digital health, telehealth, or HealthTech.
  • Experience managing external vendors or service partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and follow-through skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies across multiple digital health initiatives.
  • Track milestones, manage risks, and drive follow-up actions to keep workstreams on schedule.
  • Own a portfolio of external partnerships and vendors, ensuring operational alignment and strong performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.
  • Support launch readiness by ensuring documentation, workflows, SOPs, and internal communications are complete.
  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, Customer Support, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth execution and handoffs.
  • Provide leadership with clear reporting, visibility into progress, and actionable insights for decision-making.
