About The Position

The Intelligence Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Program Manager – Digital Forensics Lab to work in our Linthicum, MD location. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the customer mission. In this mission we provide comprehensive operational, analytical, technical, forensic, and program management support to customer organizations. Primary Responsibilities The PM provides overall management and oversight of all activities performed by Contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting the customer lab. As the PM, you provide overall management and oversight of all activities performed by lab contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to satisfy all assigned customer mission requirements. You facilitate Government and Contractor communications, use industry-best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities to allow for continuous monitoring and evaluation by the Government personnel, and ensure all tasks are accomplished satisfactorily. As PM, you are responsible for the quality and efficiency of the Contractor’s performance and assist the Government with all financial and business processes. To ensure efficient operations, you will make decisions as needed to respond to Government issues, concerns, and comments.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance eligible
  • Project Management Professional® (PMP) certification
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience and 10+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 8+ years of prior relevant experience
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last ten years managing a project or program of similar size and complexity to this PWS.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last five years overseeing and determining manpower requirements for projects similar in size and complexity to this PWS.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last five years performing financial and performance monitoring of contracts (e.g., performance metrics).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing and/or leading teams at a digital forensics lab with DoD/DoW, Intelligence, Security and/or Law Enforcement.
