About the position
The Program Manager will lead operations research analysis efforts within a hybrid remote and DC environment, focusing on effective communication with government stakeholders and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires extensive experience in program management, team leadership, and a strong emphasis on delivering project outcomes in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Government, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Regularly attend and contribute to weekly meetings focused on program performance, addressing any issues, and planning for upcoming initiatives.
- Develop and execute action plans to address identified issues or initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver monthly presentations to the Client Senior Leadership team, highlighting completed tasks and outlining future work.
- Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables.
- Oversee security processing and maintain communication with the Government Office of the Chief Security Officer through the COR, managing physical, personnel, and informational/data security aspects accessed by the contractor.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience leading teams in project management, stakeholder management, outreach, product marketing, business development, process improvement, training, requirements gathering, and website design and maintenance.
- Proven experience in change management within a large IT organization or system.
- Familiarity or experience with the Client is highly desirable.
Nice-to-haves
- Direct experience working in the Client Program Office.
