Presidio is seeking a Program Manager for its Digital Business Solutions Services (DBSS) team, who will play a pivotal role in leading IT projects from inception to completion. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, including PMI/PMBOK, Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, and Waterfall. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client projects across various service offerings, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves close collaboration with project teams, clients, and partners, necessitating effective communication across all organizational levels. The Program Manager will oversee the planning and implementation of IT solution development projects, aligning them with Presidio's strategic objectives. This includes managing stakeholder expectations, building and maintaining project schedules, and leading the resolution of issues related to budget, schedule, and scope. The successful candidate will maintain detailed project documentation and reports, serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, and lead cross-functional teams, including virtual and offshore resources. In addition to project management responsibilities, the Program Manager will be expected to develop comprehensive project and program plans that track tasks, schedules, risks, and issues. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure that all projects align with the overall business goals and strategy of Presidio, driving consistent business value for customers. This position is remote but may require up to 25% travel.
