About The Position

Albertina Kerr empowers people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges and other social barriers to lead self-determined lives and reach their full potential. As the DSA Program Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Day Support Activities program, ensuring exceptional person-centered services. This role includes supervising a dynamic team, building a positive work environment, and ensuring adequate staffing is in place to meet compliance. You'll develop and implement individual support plans and coordinate Day Support Activities for the people supported. What You'll Do: Lead & Inspire: Hire, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional support services. Ensure Quality: Monitor compliance with ISPs, PBSPs, and organizational policies. Drive Growth: Partner with leadership to plan for program expansion and budget management. Build Relationships: Engage with families, guardians, and community partners. Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Program Management, or related field.
  • At least two years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities or related fields in a Day Supported Activities environment, including at least one year of experience creating, coordinating, or implementing individualized support plans required.
  • At least one year of experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating the work of two or more individuals.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory abilities, with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency consistent with requirements to access the electronic health records system, communicate by email, and write reports. Including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe.
  • Verbal and written English language proficiency to communicate effectively with people we support, coworkers, and community members.
  • Ability to make appropriate and responsive decisions in dynamic situations.
  • Ability to meet all background checks, references, and driving requirements.
