About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to oversee initiatives within the Customer Success team. In this role, you will manage multiple projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivering updates to executive stakeholders. You will collaborate with Customer Success leads to define project goals, track progress, and proactively resolve roadblocks. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams. You will also develop and implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes. The role is fully remote within the US and emphasizes collaboration, operational excellence, and customer-focused results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of progressive project management experience, or 10+ years without a degree.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Churn Zero, Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in fast-paced, startup, or high-growth environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to engage with executive leadership and provide clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Partner with Customer Success leads to define project scope, goals, and success criteria.
  • Communicate project expectations and updates clearly and promptly to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Identify risks, challenges, and roadblocks and propose actionable solutions.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and document recommendations to improve future project execution.
  • Implement best practices and tools for efficient project management and execution.
  • Ensure alignment of all stakeholders on project status, priorities, and strategic objectives.
