About The Position

We are now looking for a Program Manager who can bring discipline, leadership, and hands‑on program delivery experience, particularly within Salesforce and the utility industry.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project or program management experience (enterprise preferred)
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at multiple levels
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to governance excellence
  • Experience managing project managers, technical teams, and multi‑workstream delivery

Nice To Haves

  • Experience delivering large‑scale programs within the utility industry (electric, gas, water, or regulated energy), including familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and operational constraints
  • Demonstrated experience leading Salesforce programs or portfolios, including work with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom Salesforce development
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce delivery models, release management, environment strategy, and integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, asset management, billing, data platforms)
  • Hands‑on experience in Agile and hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors, system integrators, and internal teams simultaneously
  • Experience translating business needs into actionable delivery plans, especially for field operations, customer service, or grid modernization
  • Familiarity with utility‑specific systems such as CIS, OMS, asset management, work management, and regulatory reporting
  • Strong financial management, forecasting, risk mitigation, and program governance background
  • Excellent stakeholder management across business leaders, IT leadership, and third-party partners
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder) or PMP/SAFe/Agile certifications are a plus
  • Experience supporting OCM, training, and adoption for enterprise platform rollouts

Responsibilities

  • Drive end‑to‑end execution across a complex portfolio, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and delivery outcomes
  • Identify risks, issues, and delivery gaps early and escalate effectively
  • Maintain project momentum and ensure adherence to governance standards
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for cross‑team blockers, vendor challenges, and delivery concerns
  • Lead Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall workstreams, partnering with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical teams
  • Deliver crisp, leadership‑ready weekly status reports and dashboards
  • Develop monthly Steering Committee materials in partnership with PMs and Plan Leads
  • Validate RAID logs, SharePoint structure, SPM documentation, and status artifacts
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise governance across Architecture, Security, and ULC review processes
  • Support release management, environment coordination, and cross‑team dependency tracking
  • Oversee mid‑month and month‑end financial reporting, including forecasts and accruals
  • Validate financial accuracy, cost realism, and year‑end projections
  • Support business case updates, ISD changes, financial trackers, and vendor cost management
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s with PMs to guide performance, delivery quality, and team development
  • Partner with Delivery Leads and leadership to manage resource planning and allocation
  • Facilitate cross‑functional meetings with IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and application teams
  • Lead monthly PM All‑Hands and quarterly team meetings
  • Support organizational change management, communications, and user adoption activities
