About The Position

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives while building and developing a high-performing team of Project Managers. This individual will serve as the primary escalation point for both customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, quality, and financial performance. This role requires strong leadership capability, executive-level customer engagement experience, and a proven ability to manage KPIs, financial budgets, and operational performance within regulated environments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in project/program management.
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team of Project Managers.
  • Demonstrated success managing customer relationships and complex customer-facing projects.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing KPIs, budgets, forecasting, and margin performance.
  • Experience in IT networking, infrastructure, or system implementation projects.
  • Experience operating in GMP-regulated environments, ideally within life sciences or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience in life sciences manufacturing, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments.
  • Background in cross-functional program leadership across technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Establish and manage program KPIs, financial forecasting, margin performance, and resource allocation.
  • Drive operational excellence through structured reporting, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and project execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers.
  • Establish performance expectations, provide coaching, and support professional growth.
  • Implement standardized project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Foster accountability, collaboration, and high performance within the team.
  • Serve as senior point of contact for key customer relationships.
  • Manage customer expectations across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Lead executive-level project reviews and escalation management.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership growth.
  • Oversee programs involving IT networking, system implementations, or infrastructure deployments.
  • Operate effectively within GMP-regulated environments and life sciences settings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements.
  • Translate technical project components into strategic business outcomes.
