This contract role offers an immediate, high-impact opportunity to lead the planning and execution of a complex, multi-year digital therapeutics program. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and life sciences, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects that span multiple regions. The role emphasizes strategic oversight, operational rigor, and proactive problem-solving, with a focus on meeting program objectives, budgets, and timelines. You will act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective delivery. This position requires a professional who can quickly understand program nuances, influence decision-making, and maintain governance across a dynamic, evolving environment. The engagement is fully U.S.-based, initially for a three-month term, with up to 40 hours per week commitment.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Development, or Management Consulting.
• Proven experience within the Life Sciences industry.
• Ability to onboard quickly and make an immediate impact on complex programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Advanced project management skills, with a focus on timelines, cross-functional coordination, and detail orientation.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of anticipating challenges and proposing solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior executives.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of program strategy, including OKRs, frameworks, and timelines, aligned with overall business objectives.
• Drive strategic planning, setting priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise on the program, product portfolio, pipeline processes, and market landscape.
• Facilitate governance and program oversight activities, ensuring timely delivery of all components.
• Manage project execution, budgets, and resources, mitigating risks and addressing issues proactively.
• Organize and lead meetings with internal teams and external partners to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders, delivering transparent reporting and actionable insights.
