About The Position

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end content program for a digital healthcare platform, managing content from intake through development, review, approval, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. You will ensure all content meets regulatory, clinical, and operational standards, collaborating closely with Product, Clinical, Compliance, Engineering, and Customer-facing teams. Your work will shape the content lifecycle, bringing structure to ambiguity and implementing scalable processes that support growth while maintaining compliance. This role offers a high level of ownership in a complex, regulated environment, allowing you to influence operational efficiency, product quality, and member experience. You will identify opportunities for continuous improvement, leveraging tools, automation, and data to optimize content operations across multiple teams and workflows.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in program management, content operations, product operations, or related fields
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments, preferably in digital health or care management
  • Knowledge of CMS, Medicaid, and Medicare regulatory requirements
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (Paligo preferred) and workflow tools like Jira
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies
  • Strong organizational, project management, and operational skills
  • Program ownership mindset with autonomous execution capabilities
  • Risk-aware judgment with attention to compliance and clinical standards
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders
  • Technical fluency with systems, integrations, and automation tools

Responsibilities

  • Own the full content lifecycle, ensuring compliance, quality, and scalability
  • Manage day-to-day content workflows across CMS platforms and internal systems
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable content deliverables
  • Support content creation, editing, and refinement aligned with product strategy
  • Establish program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk management for content initiatives
  • Design and refine workflows, approval processes, and documentation standards
  • Collaborate with clinical, compliance, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure content readiness
  • Maintain audit trails and documentation to meet regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, integration, and process optimization
