The Evaluation Program Manager, Consultant will report to the Senior Manager, Measurement & Evaluation. In this role you will lead the planning and execution of evaluations, with the help of Principal Evaluators, related to Blue Shield of California's Healthcare Quality and Affordability (HQA) efforts and more broadly for priority initiatives across the company.
