About The Position

As a Program Manager - Compliance you will help support Global Compliance to refresh and manage the strategy for the Global Compliance Training Program communications, and outreach programs. You will develop and implement compelling programs to strengthen compliance engagement, and ensure training content aligns with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices. Through proactive outreach and continuous improvement, you will enhance program effectiveness, increases compliance awareness, and reinforces our commitment to ethical conduct worldwide. You will report to the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and be located at Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Degree in Compliance, Business, Accounting/Finance, International/Global Studies, Political Science, Criminology, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 8+ years of related professional experience with a focus in project management and experience working for corporate Global Compliance Programs

Responsibilities

  • Apply project management discipline to all significant ethics and compliance initiatives including training, communications, and outreach, KPIs that support OKRs and metrics.
  • Implement refreshed communication plan for the Global Compliance organization to ensure that all communications, training, and messaging related to Compliance is consistent.
  • Manage the corporate Ethics and Compliance App, coordinating business case uses, updates to policies, communications, and training tools with the Global Compliance team members.
  • Prepare training and presentation materials and conduct training, related to global compliance programs to support global compliance training curriculum.
  • Manage the Global Ethics and Compliance Ambassador program (a portion of the Global Compliance Ambassador program).
  • Manage our Conflicts of Interest platform and process, including the triage, review, and disposition of the COI disclosures.
  • Responsible for the quarterly Global Compliance Bulletin publication, and plan and execution of master outreach plan.
