  • Developing, implementing, and leading compensation strategies and programs that align with the Main Line Health business objectives and talent goals.
  • Ensuring driven and equitable compensation practices through market analysis, process standardization, and strategic guidance to HR and business leaders.
  • Leading the execution of annual compensation cycles while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, employee experience and process improvement initiatives.
  • Minimum of 5 years in compensation experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Healthcare compensation experience preferred
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
