About The Position

We are looking for a strong Program Manager to lead delivery of a cloud-based healthcare platform involving multi-team coordination, external integrations and distributed engineering teams (onshore/offshore). This role requires someone who has owned end-to-end delivery of complex platform programs.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years in Program / Project Management
• Experience managing large-scale cloud platform programs
• Strong exposure to: Microservices, APIs, Distributed systems
• Experience handling multiple teams/pods and dependencies
• Experience working with onshore/offshore teams
• Strong communication, must handle senior stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare domain (strongly preferred)
• Experience with GCP or cloud platforms
• Experience in platform builds or external partner integrations
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD and cloud environments

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple engineering pods (backend, QA, DevOps)
• Drive program planning, sprint governance and dependency management
• Manage risks, issues and cross-team dependencies (RAID logs)
• Coordinate with: Engineering teams, Architects, Infrastructure teams, External partners/vendors
• Support platform integrations (APIs, workflows, external systems)
• Ensure quality, performance and release readiness
• Provide clear executive-level status updates and reporting
