The role involves overseeing stakeholder processes for certification, approving invoices, contributing to the annual budget, and partnering with the communication department to execute the CCIFP marketing strategy. Additionally, the Program Manager develops training materials, conducts workshops, evaluates and improves certification programs, manages vendor relationships, and represents CCIFP at industry events.
