About The Position

The Program Manager for the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) will be instrumental in supporting and executing supply chain initiatives that enhance efficiency, standardization, and innovation across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, COE, this role will manage key projects and coordinate efforts across teams to ensure successful delivery of initiatives. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong project management skills, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to drive measurable impact within a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in business, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • General knowledge of the foodservice supply chain is a plus.
  • Existing knowledge and ability to use Business Intelligence & Visualization Tools.
  • Advanced knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to analyze data in excel, Smartsheet, or other database and provide summary level reporting. Tableau and Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Extremely organized.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and keen attention to detail.

  • Strong process-orientation skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and with multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple projects within the COE, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, supporting the COE’s mission to establish best practices and operational efficiencies across the supply chain.
  • Work closely with supply chain stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and maintaining alignment on project objectives, progress, and outcomes.
  • Utilize data to monitor project performance, analyze trends, and report progress to the Program Manager and other stakeholders. Make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
  • Support the development and implementation of standardized tools, templates, and processes to improve consistency and effectiveness across supply chain functions.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Assist in implementing change management strategies to promote adoption of new processes, tools, and practices across the supply chain.
