About The Position

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking a dynamic Case Management Program Manager to lead, support, and elevate case management services across our agency. Embedded within the Adult Intensive Services Division, this leadership role will collaborate closely with Clinical and Program Managers to design and implement training, consultation, and supervision structures that empower case managers embedded in clinical teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and skilled communicator who thrives in both independent and team settings, with a passion for building community and fostering professional growth. This hybrid role combines office and community-based work, offering the opportunity to shape agency-wide practices, develop partnerships, and maintain a small caseload to stay grounded in the work. Requirements

  • At minimum a Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 3 years experience as a program manager or in equivalent role.
  • Valid Colorado Driver's License with a driving record that meets organization's requirements.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience managing a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of project management.
  • Required Vaccination and TB Test.

Responsibilities

  • Lead employees, maintaining team focus and direction.
  • Hire, provide performance feedback and coaching, and fire employees in accord with organization guidance.
  • Monitor work schedules and receive and approve requests for time off based on work volumes and staffing schedules.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders related to team accountability.
  • Cascade information from senior leadership to lower levels in alignment with organization strategy and goals.
  • Design and implement effective group and intergroup work and communication expectations.
  • Define and monitor group-level performance indicators.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems within and among work groups.
  • Develop and maintain programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.
  • Develop budgets and operating plans for programs and writing funding proposals.
  • Develop evaluations methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with all staff to provide a comprehensive range of services and ensure the smooth transition of clients from one service to another.
  • Handle complaints from clients and community agencies in an efficient and satisfactory manner.
  • Ensure that programmatic and fiscal paperwork are correctly and promptly completed.
  • Advocate for organization's services in the community and at the state level, as appropriate.
  • Understand and adhere to budget for program.
  • Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
  • Arrange appropriate training of staff to improve their professional skills as appropriate.
  • Ensure that goals are met in areas including client and partner satisfaction, quality and team member performance.
  • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved.
  • Formulize, organize and monitor inter-linked projects.
  • Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
  • Accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
  • Assess program risks.
  • Work on strategy with marketing team.
