The Program Manager for Business Process and Continuous Improvement will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cross-functional operational improvement initiatives. This role involves end-to-end program and project management aligned with industry best practices. The Program Manager will partner with various functions such as Finance, M&A, and IT to envision and deliver high-quality business solutions. Continuous mapping and re-engineering of business processes will be essential to ensure that operations are lean and streamlined. The role also includes identifying and setting up process/system controls to sustain implemented changes and solutions, collaborating and managing workstreams in large-scale business transformational programs, and influencing key decisions regarding the projects.
