Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, operations, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing program schedules and budgets.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Spanish and/or Portuguese
• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Project management certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent).
• Experience in manufacturing or operations-focused roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization or analytics tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Develop and own integrated program plans, including work breakdown structures, detailed schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Conduct manufacturing and market analyses to compare production scenarios across countries, including cost, savings, and operational impact.
• Build financial and operational models to evaluate scenarios such as product transfers to Puerto Rico, supporting data-driven executive decisions.
• Partner closely with manufacturing, finance, engineering, marketing, and product transfer teams across all five Puerto Rico business divisions.
• Prepare clear recommendations and executive-ready materials to support the Senior Director of Manufacturing in strategic decision-making.
• Manage stakeholders globally by planning and executing structured communication and engagement strategies.
• Monitor program performance against milestones, costs, and risks, escalating issues and driving corrective actions as needed.
