The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the “AT HOME” Program. “AT HOME” is a site-based Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program, with 50 clients living at Espero Apartments. The program provides therapeutic and rehabilitative services to individuals with persistent mental illness, chronic health condition, substance use disorder and a history of chronic homelessness. The Program Manager provides leadership in the implementation and administration of housing-first, trauma-informed, and client-centered services, ensuring that supportive housing goals are met in alignment with best practices and funding requirements. The Program Manager will supervise staff, coordinate services with internal and external partners, oversee program compliance, manage budgets, and ensure the effective delivery of wraparound support services to promote housing stability and improved quality of life for program participants.
