Emerald Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a proactive Program Manager Assistant (PMA) to join its Brea, CA team. As a PMA, you will play a key role in supporting the Program Management team and collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure successful program delivery. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and quotations, ensuring requirements are met accurately and on time. Additional responsibilities include: maintaining records of returns, schedule changes, product updates, and pricing adjustments, resolving return credit issues promptly and effectively, tracking, documenting, and reporting program activities for both internal teams and external stakeholders. This position is designed as a stepping stone into Program Management. It is not intended to be a long-term assistant role. Candidates should be motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow into a full Program Manager position. The PMA role provides the training, exposure, and experience necessary to transition into program leadership.
