About The Position

Senior Project or Program Manager to lead a technical implementation of transaction monitoring applications. This is a Financial Services Based project but we are seeking a Technical Program Manager role.

Requirements

• Leading 3rd party software implementations (preferably in financial services and ideally with Actimize).
• Senior level communication and program tracking skills (providing stakeholder visibility, managing RAID, etc.).
• Creating, maintaining and aligning cross-team and cross-company project plans.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AML (Anti Money Laundering) is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to deliver technology with multiple dependencies and teams.
• Work with Product Managers, Business and Engineering teams to ensure technical delivery of Actimize system.
• Encourage synergy and alignment in delivery, provide clarity, and foster collaboration with stakeholders in a consistent way.
• Document issues, risks, decisions and lead team to develop mitigations and escalations.
• Create and communicate reporting to stakeholders to highlight progress and readiness for delivery/rollout.
• Recommend and strategize plan adjustments; implement plan changes based on stakeholder alignment.
