SailPoint is seeking a Jr. Program Manager to join our CSD Programs and Governance team who has program management experience in an enterprise software or technology company. The ideal candidate is goal and detail oriented with a technical background, passionate about delivering high business value and is experienced in Business Operations (Project Management, Business Process Engineering, Metrics/Reporting, Root Cause Analysis, etc.). The ideal candidate can demonstrate their experience in program managing small-medium size projects in a software or technology company. They will also possess exceptional communication, problem solving and collaborative skills. This is a 'people interactive' role, where the ideal candidate will be expected to interface with multiple cross-functional teams to drive discovery, assessment, planning and successful delivery of program objectives.
