We’re looking for a Program Manager 2 – Supply Chain & Analytics Routing to help shape and deliver data‑driven improvements across ordering, fulfillment, and last‑mile delivery. This role blends program leadership with hands‑on analytics and data science. You’ll lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives while working directly with data to design, test, and scale routing and fulfillment solutions that improve customer experience, speed, and cost efficiency. Success in this role requires strong analytical depth, structured problem solving, and comfortable operating independently in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. You’ll partner closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver scalable capabilities and measurable business outcomes. This role is offered as hybrid in Seattle, WA. A day in the life… Program Leadership & Delivery Own and support end‑to‑end initiatives that improve ordering, fulfillment, and last‑mile routing performance Translate complex operational challenges into clear problem statements, execution plans, and measurable success criteria Define scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics, and drive execution across highly cross‑functional teams Partner with stakeholders across Merchandising, Marketing, Digital Operations, Inventory, Store and Field Operations, Product, and Technology Communicate trade‑offs, risks, and recommendations clearly to enable informed decision‑making at multiple levels Track business impact, ensure value realization, and iterate based on results Analytics & Technical Impact Explore and analyze large‑scale operational datasets using SQL and Python or R to surface insights and opportunities Develop data models, simulations, and exploratory analyses to evaluate scenarios and inform decision‑making Apply predictive modeling and optimization techniques (e.g., LP/MILP, routing, network optimization) to improve fulfillment and last‑mile performance Prototype analytical and AI‑enabled solutions and partner with engineering teams to deploy them into production environments Use metrics, experimentation, and test‑and‑learn approaches to validate outcomes and drive continuous improvement You own this if you have…
