About The Position

You will be the Program Management - Subcontract Manager (Manager - Subcontracts) for the Fâ35 EOTS Procurement Team. Requirements

Experience in working with cross-functional teams & solving complex problems
Detail oriented, works well in teams, highly organized, work independently
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication (verbal, written & presentation)
Business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
Strong sense of ownership of tasks, accountability and sense of urgency
Ability to travel
Ability to work on-site >50% of the time
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Directing daily activities of the procurement team to ensure on time delivery of all EOTS parts.
Developing and implementing innovative solutions for complex material shortage problems.
Partnering with cross functional leaders and peer teams to accelerate purchase order issuance and supplier deliveries.
Monitoring and reporting key supply chain performance metrics to senior leadership.
Coaching, training, and supporting team members to elevate their technical and problem solving skills.
Exercising autonomous decision making that has lasting impact on program success.
Acting as the primary liaison between the procurement team and senior leadership on critical issues.
